Authorities in the French department of Haute Savoie are warning their residents to be careful when buying CBD products in Switzerland.
The legal limit for the active substance, THC, is 1% in Switzerland – but only 0.3% in France.
Many drivers are being caught for being under the influence – despite buying the products legally.
The mistake, say French prosecutors, could cost your licence.
