Part A — Terms of Use

1. About us
This website (worldradio.ch) is operated by Aube Ondes SA, owner of the WRS / World Radio Switzerland brand.

2. Using the website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you disagree, please stop using it. You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights, and must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

3. Website access
The website is available without user registration. We may suspend, withdraw or modify any part of the website at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Newsletter
Users may subscribe to the WRS newsletter using the newsletter subscription form on the website. Subscription is optional. By submitting the form, the user agrees to receive WRS editorial updates, programme news, events and occasional promotions by email. Users may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect access to the website. We may still send essential service messages where needed, such as changes to terms or important service notices.

5. Your content
If you post comments, participate in forums, or submit competition entries, you confirm the content is yours or that you have the right to share it, and that it is lawful and not harmful to others. By submitting content you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and promote WRS. You can request removal at any time by contacting us.

6. Our content
All website content, logos, audio and design belong to Aube Ondes SA or our licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Advertising and sponsorship
Parts of the website may contain advertising, sponsored content or commercial partnerships. Advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that the material they submit complies with applicable law. Aube Ondes is not responsible for any error, inaccuracy or misleading element in advertising or sponsored content.

8. Images and video featuring members of the public
Aube Ondes may publish photographs and video footage on the website that feature members of the public, for example at events, concerts or public gatherings. If you appear in such material and have a reasonable privacy concern, you may request removal by contacting us at contact@worldradio.ch. We will honour reasonable requests and aim to action them promptly.

9. Competitions and Prizes
By entering competitions via our websites, broadcasts, or social media, participants consent to the use of their name, entry, and related content for promotional purposes, including on-air announcements and publication on digital or social media platforms. Unless otherwise stated, winners are selected at random. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. If a prize cannot be fulfilled by a sponsor or partner, Aube Ondes SA accept no liability for its delivery. Winner details may be shared with relevant partners solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Competitions may have specific entry rules published alongside them, including any eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions or prize details. Those specific rules supplement and take priority over these general terms for the competition in question.

10. Links and third parties
We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or services linked from our website. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

11. Liability
The website and its content are provided for general information. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, unlawful intent, or where exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Changes
We may update these terms and the website at any time. The current version is always the one published here.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law governs these terms. The courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of this website.
