The owner of an escort service has been fined for showing video adverts from the side of a vehicle in Geneva.
The court ruled the content was pornographic although the company argued it was artistic.
The adverts were driven around Geneva last year. The company also complained that the traditional billboard companies refused to allow their posters to be put up.
The company was fined CHF 5,600 in total for allowing pornographic images to be available to those under 16 – and also the traffic offence of creating a distraction.
