Study says end OECD tax rules

Researchers say the global tax deal has failed to gain the international backing originally expected, with only thirty-three countries fully implementing the rules so far.

Tax law professor Peter Hongler warned the measure could now damage Switzerland’s competitiveness and create legal uncertainty.
