Half of us buy stuff from Chinese websites – and overall, we’re very happy with our purchase.
That’s a result from a survey carried out by the price comparison site, Comparis.
There’s a significant difference in the language regions. Less than half of German speakers use the sites, 58% of French speakers use them and as many as 69% of Italian speakers.
Cost seems to be the main reason. It’s those on lower salaries that use the sites the most.
But when it comes to higher value products – we’ll opt for local suppliers.
