The Federal Court has rejected a request by two members of the wealthy Hinduja family who have been sentenced to jail for abuse of their domestic staff.
The family’s lawyers argued the judges in Geneva should be recused as they started the trial despite the absence of two of the defendants.
Federal judges rejected the request.
They also rejected allegations that the Geneva judges were biased.
