Yet another health insurer says it won’t pay the prices charged by the Hôpital de la Tour in Geneva.
Helsana says it stopped paying for patients at the hospital at the beginning of the month.
Groupe Mutuel also pulled its support a few months ago – but is now back on board after talks.
The Hôpital de la Tour is the second biggest hospital in canton Geneva.
In the past the hospital has threatened legal action against insurers who refused to pay their bills.
Talks with Helsana are ongoing – but the Hôpital de la Tour is refusing to comment.
