We’re all sleeping badly.
The latest figures from the Federal Statistics Office – over a quarter of people say they have moderate sleep problems, a rise of 5% in the last 25 years.
A further 7% say they suffer from serious sleep problems.
Women suffer more than men, 37% top 25% - but its especially affecting the elderly, those over 85.
Lack of sleep can lead to serious health problems and affect quality of life, says the government.
