The weekend Escalade Races in Geneva were the most popular yet.
Organizers say they’re delighted at its success. 47,000 pounded the streets across the two days – the highest ever.
Last year – which was another strong year – there were 44,000.
The head of the organizing committee, Jerry Maspoli, told the press that everything went well, the races all started on time and even the weather was perfect.
