Two motorists could stand trial this year in Geneva over a deadly hit-and-run involving a cyclist.
The 31-year-old victim was killed in July 2023 on the road to Lausanne.
Prosecutors say the two drivers, then aged 22 and 33, were engaged in a late-night road race along the lakeside, driving at speeds of up to nearly 150 kilometres an hour.
According to prosecutors, one of the men struck the cyclist while crossing the road, killing him instantly.
Both defendants face several charges, including murder.
