The packaging of the world famous Toblerone bar will have to change.
Currently the box features a picture of the Matterhorn and an image of the Bernese bear.
But the US makers, Mondelez, is moving production from the factory in canton Bern to a plant in Slovakia.
Laws which protect the use of Swiss imagery on products mean the logo will have to change.
Although it will be subtle. The company says the mountain image will shift to become a simple generic Alpine view.
