The Swiss president says he’s worried about the situation on the Russian Ukrainian border.
Ignazio Cassis had private meetings with the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov following their meeting in Geneva last week.
In addition to the Ukraine situation, European security and trans-Atlantic relations were discussed.
Cassis says dialogue is the only way out of the crisis, which is why Switzerland will always be available for talks to be held.
