Geneva authorities say no restaurant or bar in the canton has been fined for disregarding the health pass rules.
They say it appears the rules are being generally well respected.
But there are only 5 inspectors – who are not police officers - and only 32 checks have been carried out.
Two suspected violations are being investigated, but a final decision has not been made.
They’re also not checking nightclubs as that can only be done by an officer.
Economic outlook uncertain for this year
