The French-Swiss artist Saype has created a new giant painting on the summit above Villars-sur-Ollon in Canton Vaud. It’s titled “Towards the Horizon”.
The 2'500-square metre artwork depicts a kneeling boy with a backpack, next to books and a pile of rocks. It follows a recent work in Geneva created especially for the Euro Women’s Football championship.
The image is made with chalk and charcoal and will hopefully be visible for several weeks, until it is washed away.
