Migros Online is being slammed by unions for poor working conditions.
The Unia Union says there’s extreme pressure to hit deadlines, constant surveillance, unfair dismissals, low pay and bonuses are only paid if there are no absences - even for sickness.
One worker told Swiss German TV that many work even when sick for fear of losing their jobs.
The union says it wants concrete changes – such as better pay and more protection for the health of workers.
