Geneva politician Pierre Maudet has been cleared by a court of leaving the scene of an accident.
It was alleged that in March last year, he hit a car on the Route des Acacias, causing minor damage.
The other driver, who took down the licence plate details, said the car failed to stop.
But the judge says there was no evidence of the accident. No pictures at the time and Maudet himself says he didn’t realize he’d may have collided with another vehicle.
The judge dismissed the case.
