As many as 20 women who worked for the Migros Supermarket at Cornavin station went to court to tell judges how they’ve been impacted by a male colleague who placed a camera in the female locker room.
Prosecutors say the now 30-year-old hid a camera from the years 2019 to 2021.
Police discovered a hard drive with over 1,700 files in a folder marked ‘Migros’ at the man’s home.
Lawyers acting for the women say they deserve compensation of CHF 2,000 each and the man should be jailed for a year.
The defence says he’s undergoing treatment and say a suspended sentence is more suitable.
Judges will decide later today.
