A man has been fined by a Geneva court for filming himself with a sex worker – without her consent.
The man, who’s in his fifties and is British, told the court he didn’t realize that was illegal.
The woman told police she noticed a large amount of electronic equipment in the room and asked the man if he had filmed them – he initially said no, before admitting he had.
He’s been ordered to pay a fine of CHF 3,520 with a further suspended fine of CHF 18,000.
The man is appealing.
