Life could get harder for the non-vaccinated

There’s growing pressure to give more freedom to those who are fully vaccinated and make life harder for those who are still holding out.

The number of vaccinations is beginning to stagnate and cases are climbing.

The head of the Liberal Party, Jürg Grossen, says certificates should be required for anyone wanting to enjoy more freedoms, such as going to the cinema.

The president of the National Council’s health commission, Ruth Humbel, says the vaccinated should be exempt mask requirements. She says it’s justified from a medical view point.

The head of the Federal Health Office, Anne Lévy, seems to signal that could be a way forward. She says more use of the certificates would be better than further closures.
