A motorcyclist has had his bike seized by the police after he was caught speeding and over the alcohol limit in canton Fribourg on Sunday afternoon.
The 49-year-old was flashed at 149 kph in an 80 zone.
When stopped by police, he failed an alcohol test.
Further charges are pending, say the police.
