Around 20 anti-vaccine protestors surrounded a vaccination bus in canton Thurgau over the weekend and one protestor physically assaulted a worker.
Those opposing the vaccine were brought together through the messaging app Telegram.
The police say the demonstration in Diessenhofen started off peacefully, but later became rowdier and one worker was hit.
Police are investigating allegations of assault and threats.
