Three men were wounded in a knife attack at Winterthur train station yesterday morning.
Police say a 31-year-old Swiss man stabbed three passers-by near the underpass shortly after 8:30, before officers arrested him at the scene.
The three victims - all Swiss men aged 28, 43 and 52 - were taken to hospital. Two have since been released, although one remains in hospital after a wound to his thigh had to be operated on.
Witnesses told local media the suspect shouted "Allahu Akbar" as he ran from the station, but the Zurich cantonal police say his motive remains under investigation.
Several zones around the station were sealed off while officers gathered evidence, with travellers facing disruption through the morning.
