Many rain commuters had a difficult journey home yesterday afternoon. Many signs at train stations either stopped working or showed incorrect information.
Swiss Federal Railways says the problems stemmed from an overloading of the system.
Faults were first detected at around 5pm – but everything was working by 8pm.
Passengers were being advised to use the app for the latest information, which was unaffected.
