The HR director of Geneva's public transport company (TPG), Emilie Durrer Stambolic, has initiated legal proceedings following her suspension earlier this year.
The Tribune de Geneve reports that audits revealed inconsistent holiday and overtime practices among TPG's eight directors, prompting calls for clearer regulations and improved transparency.
In response, TPG board has implemented measures to rectify the situation and formalize guidelines. They have also appointed an interim management of HR and planned mediation sessions.
