Public transport users in Geneva are moaning about the TPG app.
It’s becoming very buggy and failing to work properly. The TPG says that's due to the fact it's now 12 years old and as phones are upgraded, the app is failing to keep up.
To add to the problems, an app under development was inadvertently uploaded to the stores.
If you downloaded the app between August the 3rd and the 7th – it’s advisable to uninstall it and download it again.
The TPG says there will be a new app available by the end of the year.
