A scooter rider aged in his twenties was killed in Geneva on Sunday and police are appealing for witnesses.
Police say he had just crossed the Fontenette Bridge heading out of Carouge when he collided with a car approaching in the opposite direction at 11pm on Sunday night.
He was thrown several meters and died on the spot, say authorities.
An investigation has been opened and police say anyone with information is asked to contact them.
It’s the seventh road death in Geneva this year.
