Three Ukrainian nationals have been arrested on suspicion of planning acts of sabotage.
In a joint Swiss/German operation, raids were carried out in Constance, Cologne and canton Thurgau – where the arrests were made.
The Ukrainians are thought to be acting for Russia.
They’re suspected of sending packages with GPS trackers to Ukrainian addresses to scope out routes. It’s believed they were planning to send explosives which would detonate in transit.
Dozens of people have been arrested throughout Europe in the last two years, suspected of acting as agents for Russia.
