A mixture of cantonal and federal police officers continued to search the marital arts centre and the apartment of the man who’s been arrested under suspicion of planting several parcel bombs in Geneva for the last few months.
It’s thought they’re looking for traces of explosives.
The scene was sealed off all day yesterday.
The reaction amongst locals was mixed, some say it was reassuring having the police on site – another told the Tribune de Genève they’re worried that he could have an accomplice.
A 61-year-old photojournalist is currently in detention.
