Passengers on a BA flight heading into Geneva had a shock on Sunday evening when the plane had to abort a landing after it was struck by lightning.
The area around the airport experienced a sudden thunderstorm.
The plane landed safely on a second attempt - although no one was injured, those on board told the press it was a frightening experience.
The aircraft was unable to return to London until it had been checked by engineers.
