A sheep farmer in canton Aargau is scratching his head after a very strange crime.
Michael Strickler went to check on his flock, which he’d left in a field surrounded by an electric fence. But when he arrived, the fence and the sheep were all gone.
He quickly found the sheep a couple of hundred meters aways – but still no sign of the fence.
He called the police, and during a search they found the fence in the forest, but neatly packed away.
Strickler says he can’t think of why anyone would do that.
