A cross-border manhunt is under way after an armed man robbed a jewellery shop at the Meyrin Shopping Centre yesterday evening.
Just before 7pm, a man threatened staff at the Christ store with a weapon and took several high value items and then fled.
Police say the two staff members were slightly injured.
As Meyrin is close to the border, police say French authorities have also been informed.
Police are not saying how much was taken or the type of weapon used.
