The battle for Uber to keep trading in Geneva continues.
Following the decision to allow the ride hailing firm to operate, although with some changes, Geneva taxi firms are now taking their case to the Federal Court.
The two main companies, Taxiphone and Taxi Plus, have launched a federal appeal after a lower court refused to hear their appeal. The judge ruled the taxi firms were not sufficiently disadvantaged by Uber.
Taxi drivers reject that and say they’re suffering from unfair competition.
There’s no news on when the court is likely to hear the case.
