A Geneva consulting firm that touts its political neutrality is now at the center of a major investigation.

Federal police raided its offices in Eaux-Vives back in 2023, seizing all computer data.

Initially the company managed to persuade the courts to seal the findings – but now The Federal Court has ordered the unsealing – and investigations can continue.

According to the economic-crime site Gotham City, the firm is suspected of running a smear campaign across Europe on behalf of the United Arab Emirates - from creating fake Wikipedia pages to manipulating search results and sending bogus alerts to banks.

With the seals removed, federal prosecutors can now finally examine exactly what the company was doing.
