Free chocolate for those who accept ads

The Post Office is trying to persuade people to welcome advertising in their mailboxes with the promise of free chocolate.

It’s not an uncommon sight to see stickers asking for no publicity. But the Post Office is distributing new stickers for those who will welcome advertising material.

With the stickers, the Post Office says there’ll be a delicious free gift delivered to your home next month. 

Together with the stickers, there’s a logo of the chocolate bar, Kagi Fret, suggesting the gift will be a sample from the confectioner. 

The Post Office says if the new campaign means more people accept advertising in their mail boxes it will boost deliveries in a declining mail market.
