A large forest fire is being tackled near Meiringen in canton Bern.
Drought conditions and a strong foehn wind are hampering efforts to bring the blaze under control.
The fire started yesterday afternoon and water dumping helicopters were shortly brought in.
There haven’t been any casualties and there are no evacuations planned - but trains running between Lucerne and Interlaken may be cancelled.
Police say an investigation into how the fire started has already begun.
