A doctor in Winterthur will never work again after he was found guilty of abusing his patient’s trust.

The case dates back to 2020 when a then 19-year-old woman complained of a headache.

She told the court the consultation started strangely when she was offered a glass of wine. She refused.

The then 40-year-old doctor then suggested a full-body massage as a therapy. He removed her underwear and then said he needed to take his trousers of to make sure the massage oil didn’t get on his clothes.

The woman escaped by saying she needed to go to then toilet.

It’s not the first time such allegations have been made against the doctor.

In addition to a lifelong ban – he was ordered to pay CHF 5,000 in fines and costs.
