Drivers are warning of parking prices at the Eaux-Vives shopping centre.
Prices have risen while renovation work is going on, the management at the centre says this is to prioritise those who wish to use the centre – and dissuade others.
One driver stopped for three hours and was shocked the price was 30 francs and another who normally parks between 9.30am and 5pm got a bill for CHF 100.
The price hike is perfectly legal as they are listed at the entrance – although some complained to the Tribune de Genève that it’s in very small print.
