The ambassadors of the United States and Ukraine to Switzerland are both calling on Switzerland to do more to track down Russian assets and strengthen sanctions.

The Ukraine ambassador, Artem Rybchenko says that while he welcomes the efforts made so far, he says more could be done. He told the SonntagsZeitung the longer the war goes on, the more people will be killed.

The US ambassador, Scott Miller, says the assets that are not listed in the name of the proper owners need to be tracked down and seized.

Speaking to yesterday’s NZZ newspaper, Miller says that’s probably most of them.
