This week Dr Michelle shares news of Heart2Heart, a new English-speaking extension of the crisis line 143 that will be available from 1st January 2023.
Those in need can call 0800 143 000 every day from 6pm-11pm for a listening ear and a safe space to share their concerns, worries and needs.
