A 60-year-old woman who was annoyed by a colleague and flipped him the bird has to pay over a thousand francs.
The woman worked in a service station which happened to be very busy. She asked her colleague to help out on the till, but he walked away. That’s when she gave him the finger.
It was caught on CCTV and another worker reported it.
A court in Zurich gave her a suspended fine of CHF 1,100 – but she will only have to pay that if she does it again. But she does have to pay court costs of a similar amount.
