US voters can take part in Democrat primary in Geneva today

Tory Mallett, Chair, Democrats Abroad

US citizens will be able to vote in the Democratic Primaries this week.

The Democratic Party is the only US party that sends delegates to the National Convention representing citizens living outside the US.

The first round of voting is being held tonight in Geneva at the Warwick Hotel.

The Chair of Democrats Abroad, Tory Mallett, says the international vote is likely to be just as affected by global events as those that have been held in the US – and voters do have a choice which is not just Joe Biden.

You can find out more about voting in the Democratic Primary on democratsabroad.org.

There are also votes going ahead in Basel and Zurich this weekend.
