TikTok Racer is in Swiss Court

A 24-year-old man will have to answer to the Lucerne Criminal Court for multiple speeding offenses after he posted clips of himself driving on Tiktok.

One clip showed the man driving at a speed of 198 km/h on the A2.

The Swiss Times reports that following his arrest, five further videos were posted and various additional videos were found on his phone which were clear violations of the Road Traffic Act, such as driving over 200km/h.

He’s also accused of driving an unsafe vehicle as it has various uncertified modifications to the engine, electronics, rims and body.

The man is facing a prison sentence of 3.5 years and a fine of CHF 1,300, if convicted.
