Three men have been jailed for between 7 and 9 years for raping a 20-year-old woman after she passed out drunk in one of the men’s apartment.

The court in Sankt Gallen heard the men had met the woman in a bar in June 2018. They went to the apartment, drank and took cocaine.

The woman passed out, fully clothed, on a mattress. The men, aged 24, 25 and 31 raped her while she was unconscious.

The 25-year-old man was also convicted of raping a 15-year-old girl in a separate incident in December 2018.

The men can still appeal.
