Thieves broke into a mobile phone shop in Basel – but only got away with dummies.
The owner says they did get away with around CHF 2,000 in cash from the register.
The phones were designed to be on display and won’t work.
Despite the failed robbery – the owner says it’s still a nuisance as the door has to be replaced, but he says he would like to see the look on their faces when the thieves realize what they’ve taken.
