The premises of the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action were hit by a Russian missile strike on Wednesday morning in Kharkiv, in eastern Ukraine.
The extent of the damage is still being assessed, and the Swiss NGO says it hopes to have operations running again as soon as possible.
No NGO employees were injured or killed, but vehicles and equipment have also been damaged in the attack.
