Thousands of pro-Palestinian protestors gathered in Zurich on Saturday, calling for an end to the violence and a ceasefire.
Many described the war as a ‘genocide.’
Speakers included Jewish activists, as well as those who have family members in Gaza.
There were also similar, smaller events elsewhere. Bern saw around 400 outside the parliament building.
Many of the protestors were encouraged by the recent calls by the International Court of Justice demanding that Israel do more to protect civilians in Gaza.
