A teenager threatening to attack the Paris Olympics has been arrested in neighbouring France.
A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on Tuesday at his home in Marignier in Haute-Savoie.
Reports suggest the authorities were made aware of messages he posted on the Telegram social media app.
Investigators say he was asking for materials to make explosives and saying he wants to die a martyr for Islamic State.
Police say he told them under interrogation that he wanted to disrupt the Olympics in Paris this summer.
