It’s the name given to those who fail to clear enough snow and ice from their windscreen – leaving only a small space to ‘peep’ through.
It also includes those who haven’t cleared enough from the side windows.
The police also say it’s important to clear snow from lights and the licence plate. But the rear window doesn’t have to be clear.
