The young man who’s being detained after a 35-year-old woman was found dead in a park in canton Zurich has admitted to the killing, according to the police.
The 19-year-old Swiss man and the victim did not know each other, according to investigations. Prosecutors are calling for his pre-trial detention.
Police have revealed he also attacked, and slightly injured, a nearby 50-year-old man.
The attacks took place in the Männedorf park in Zurich. Private security patrols in the park will be strengthened.
