Is the anti-Covid movement waning?

There’s speculation the anti-Covid movement may be running out of steam after a planned rally was poorly attended yesterday in Bern.

The Federal City has seen several large rallies over the past few weeks and social media was pushing for another one yesterday.

It would have been unauthorized – and police were ready. The city’s security director, Reto Nause, said before the planned rally that social media reactions meant they were expecting a large number.

But in the end only a few turned up. The Bahnhofplatz has been the traditional meeting point – but there were only a few individuals present, according to reporters.
